Otherwise, most everything else is on the table. Shipart, monsters, you name it.GENERAL
- By commissioning me, you have agreed to my terms of service.
- I reserve the right to refuse service.
- All commission work may be posted to my portfolio and socials unless requested otherwise.
- I am a developing artist. As such, my art style will change over time. By commissioning me, you accept that the product given will reflect my current skill level and style.PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
- Payment will be paid upfront in full for all orders.
- If I have not started your artwork within 4 weeks of accepting it or you request a refund before I start working on it, you will be refunded in full.
- If I have started work on your commission and you request a refund, you will receive 50% back.
- If you file a chargeback, it will be contested and you will be blacklisted.REVISIONS
- You will have the opportunity to have 2 major revisions in the sketch phase.
- After that, only minor revisions and errors will be accepted across all other stages.
- YCH ONLY Before I deliver the commission, I will ask about any errors so they may be fixed.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Typical delivery time is 1-2 weeks, it depends on how college is going. It can take up to 4 weeks given external circumstances.
- Delivery will be via Vgen. Email and Google Drive may also be requested.
- The PSD file will always be delivered, as well as whatever requested file types I can support.USE
General
- Please credit me when sharing your commission publicly.
- Use the watermarked version of my art when sharing publicly.
- Don't use my art to harm or harass others.
Personal
- Profile pictures, banners, social posts, discord emotes/stickers, and other non-directly monetized purposes.
- Charms, prints, and other merchandise that is only meant for yourself.
- Used to showcase designs on websites such as toyhouse, carrd, etc.
Monetized Content
- PNGTubers, emotes, twitch panels, and any other stream assets.
- Use in videos, thumbnails, or any other monetized product/production.
- Use on any monetized platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Patreon, etc.
Commercial Merchandising
- You will have to discuss with me directly to get quoted for commercial merchandising.
- Branding and/or advertisement for companies. (Logos, business cards, etc.).
- Reproducing or reselling my work to another party, digitally or physically. (Merchandise, prints, designs, etc.).INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- I own the rights to all of my art. You may not claim it as your own work.
- The use of any of my art for Gen-AI, NFT, or cryptocurrency purposes is strictly prohibited.
- The reproduction or reselling of my art without my permission is strictly prohibited.COMMUNICATION
- Communication will always be open and I will be transparent with you!
- After you make your order, I will typically respond within 24 hours to communicate an estimate of how long it will take and ask any clarifying questions.
- Please don't spam dms. A check-in every 3 days at most is enough.
